Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Edie O'Reilly and I am the founder of Ayurveda Ireland and the 5 Path's to
Self Awareness. My Ayurvedic training began in 2001 and included graduating from the California College of Ayurveda in Grass Valley, California. I then furthered my Ayurvedic training by studying with two Ayurvedic doctors in Kerala, India. In India I learned how to give Panchakarma treatments and procedures to clients. After returning to the states from India I studied and lived at a Sivananda ashram in the Sierra foothills in California. It was there that I received my certification as a Yoga Siromani (instructor) and meditation teacher. After moving to Ireland I completed a diploma in Life Coaching. I now bring my experience and training to you to guide you on your journey to health and healing.
