My goal during our consultation is to empower you with the tools for you to be in tune with your body and it’s needs. By using Ayurvedic principles I can teach you how to connect with your “gut feeling” to guide you in your choices. I will always start with food and lifestyle and then bring in whatever else you need to connect with that awareness.
I am part counselor, part coach, part mentor and will work with you as long as it takes you to get where you want to go.
My fee is 80 Euro per session. I do work on a sliding scale and am happy to exchange or barter if that will help you.
