I lately came across your blog and have been learning along. I believed I would leave my first comment. I do not know what to say except that I've loved reading. Fine blog. I will preserve visiting this weblog extremely generally.

Thanks for your comments Karen. There are so many ways that we are connected with the moon. Thanks for bringing up some other aspects. Much love to You!!

Edie!

This is a very good and interesting article! I never really thought about the moon in relationship to our eating habits. Your article is a focal point to remind us that we are animals and the moon definitely plays a role in our everyday lives. When I was taking care of employee concerns at work, the full moon always brought in more people with emotional problems and serious thoughts of suicide or the inability to cope with work issues. Physicians as a rule will not operate unless they must during the full moon because of excess blood flow. So of course the moon cycles would play a large role in the balance of fluid in our bodies since we are largely composed of water. The article is good "food for thought" and I will take it seriously. Thanks!
